Season 18 Premiere ~Juan't you accept this rose?

Take a moment to get to know Juan Pablo....determine your strategy; are you going for straight crazy or will your team be filled with sweethearts bound to win our fine Bachelor's heart? Our beautiful bachelorettes are dying to get their claws into to know our handsome Venezuelan hunk.

****Make sure to register on "The Game" blog post prior to filling out the questionnaire below****Please fill out the questionnaire below. Make sure to choose a team name you want to stick with for the season. For the first episode you are picking 5 ladies (designate 1 as your Quarterback for the episode). Before you go getting your panties in a wad know that MANY ladies are going home the night of the season premiere. You will need to submit 5 new ladies (or stick with your original 5 if they are still around). The 5 ladies you choose prior to the 2nd episode will be with you for the entire season. If a girl gets booted out, well tough, not every girl gets a rose you will just be a player or players short and you better pray your other ladies bring it for the rest of the season. Ensure your picks are in before 6pm Pacific time, pretty please!

Points System Breakdown  (Season Premiere)

FIRSTS

• 10 points to the first person to discuss a divorce, child, or previous engagement
• 10 points to the first person to show up in a bikini
• 10 points to the first person to mention watching Juan Pablo's previous season/hoping he would be the Bachelor
• 20 points to the first person to appear visibly drunk
• 25 points to the first person alone in a hot tub with Juan Pablo
• 25 points to the first person to kiss Juan Pablo on the lips
• 40 points for receiving the First Impression Rose
• 15 points to the first person to pretend she knows anything about soccer

DATES

• 25 points for getting a rose to stay another week
• 30 points for getting the rose on a group date
• 40 points for getting the rose on a two-on-one date

ANYTIME POINTS (once per person, per episode)

Phrases

• 5 points for interrupting someone’s one-on-time time with Juan Pablo
• 5 additional points for using the phrase “steal Juan Pablo/him/you away” during said interruption
• 10 points for being described by another contestant as “weird” or a “freak”
• 10 points for comparing “date activity” to a relationship (“Skydiving is a lot like falling in love…”)
• 15 points for mentioning a dead loved one
• 20 points for saying, “I’m not here to make friends”
• 20 points for saying, “I’m falling for you” to Juan Pablo or “I’m falling for him” to the camera
• 20 points for talking about how “hard this process is”
• 30 points for telling Juan Pablo that someone in the house “is not here for the right reasons”
• 50 points for crying
• 25 points for speaking or attempting to speak Spanish.
• 10 points for a unique greeting of Juan Pablo

The Game

Hey there Ladies and Gents,

It’s nearly that time of year again: when the air smells sweet like store-bought roses; helicopters whir in the skies above Los Angeles; beautiful women weep on camera; and hairstylists/actresses/ interior designers make comparisons between skydiving and falling in love.

In other words, it’s the moooost wonderful time of the yearrrrrr! ABC’s “The Bachelor” 2 night premiere is on Sunday, January 5th.

Do you think you know what Juan Pablo is looking for? Can you anticipate which gal is going to get sloppy drunk before the rose ceremony? Who do you think will declare her love for our Bachelor first? Who is going to be this season's Tierra? If you think you have what it takes to make it to the final rose ceremony answer me this........Will you accept this rose?

Registration

This league is open to everyone, there is a $15 buy-in payable via PayPal or in person, invite your friends and coworkers to play. Please ensure you are registered prior to 4pm on Sunday, January 5th with your Season Premiere picks submitted. The changes to your line-up must be made prior to 12pm the day of each new episode. Season premiere episode you will have 5 girls in play, 1 of the 5 designated as your Quarterback (choose wisely). This little filly will earn you DOUBLE points....she can make or break your weekly standings. After the season premiere episode you will need to choose 5 new girls or stick with your original 5 gals if they are still in the running and you are feeling lucky. These 5 ladies are sticking with you the rest of the season. You will have 3 girls in play each episode (1 designated as QB, 2 as regular players) your other two girls will be benched. Prior to each episode you will want to review your ladies stats.....figure out who might bring the crazy, who might get whisked away in a romantic helicopter ride overlooking LA and who might be one step closer to that Final Rose ceremony.
